How we helped Cake Guy increase his client numbers
Cake Guy is a small bakery specializing in cakes. The owner started the business in 2019 under the name J&R Bakery and Pastry. The business struggled during the pandemic and shut down at the beginning of 2021.
The owner decided to revive the business, he faced a problem: he couldn’t reach the agency that built his website to update the address, phone number, and services. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, he received no response.
When he (the owner) first contacted us, he wanted to restore his old website. In our first meeting, he suggested re-branding to create a better experience, attract more customers, and meet his marketing goals.

We created a new website for his business, focusing on the variety of cakes (occasions, flavours, and fillings) so customers could easily see what was available.

We turned frequently asked questions into website content and listed all cake flavours and fillings. We also highlighted order requirements so customers could read everything before ordering. This made the calls shorter and the order process clearer for both the customer and the owner.
Google Business Account
We also updated his Google Business Account and used local SEO to make his business easier to find on Google.
The results is 🚀 76.9% Increase in Business Profile Interactions.
To encourage customer reviews, we highlighted some reviews on the website and added a button linking to the review form page. We also designed and printed business cards with a call-to-action (review) QR code that takes the customer directly to the review page.
The result is more than 60 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Stars Reviews.
We also created a promotional video 👌🏼 that the owner can use in his business social media profiles.
